Disposable acupuncture needles

The Tony needle line is used for acupuncture treatments following traditional techniques. The needles can be manipulated either through manual stimulation or electrostimulation.

Tony needles are manufactured with state-of-the-art technology that has evolved from the traditional pine-needle shape to the smooth, slender line of a blade of grass, ensuring an even more painless insertion.

They are made from high-quality stainless steel wire (SUS304). The production process includes straightening, cutting, sharpening, and polishing. The needle body—round, flexible, durable, and featuring the distinctive “blade of grass” tip—allows for smooth and virtually painless insertion. Afterward, the handle is assembled, and the finished product is carefully cleaned.

The handle, made of plastic, is designed to facilitate manual manipulation techniques. The product is latex-free and phthalate-free.

Sterilization: Performed in filtered air chambers with ethylene oxide (EN550).

Packaging: Each needle is individually sealed in a single-unit blister. This packaging preserves sterilization and allows for easy extraction of one needle at a time while keeping the others sealed.
Each box contains 100 needles.
