1) Do I have to be registered to make a purchase at the Fitochina Italia online shop?
Registration is not mandatory. You can place an order at Fitochina Italia online shop as a guest. However, if you intend to make purchases on our site regularly, we recommend that you register. Registration allows you to make subsequent orders faster.


2) What are the delivery times?
All orders placed before 12.30 on a business day are processed and shipped the same day. All orders placed after 3.30 pm will be shipped within the first 2 following working days. Shipping is subject to the availability of the chosen product. If this happens, we will take care of communicating it.


3) How can I find the product I want?
If you need help finding a product, use the search tool located at the top of each page. Enter one or more keywords or a product code in the search field and press enter or click "search". The search results will be displayed on the page together with links to specific products or product groups.
Search Tips:
• To get accurate results, make sure there are no spelling mistakes.
• Use a combination of words to search for a specific type of product, for example "needle moxa".


4) How can I add products to my cart?
To add products to the cart, follow this simple procedure:
• From the product page enter the desired quantity, then click on the buy button and so you will go to your cart. From the cart you can make all the changes, increase the quantity or cancel the product. With the update button in the cart you will save your changes.


5) From the cart, how can I continue shopping?
 Once in the cart, to continue shopping, simply move to the drop-down menu and choose the category or product you want to buy. Even clicking on the logo above you will be redirected to the home page where you will find the various product categories.


6) How can I make the payment?
Our payment process has been designed to help you complete your order and make the payment quickly and easily. If you already have an e-mail address registered with Fitochina Italy or have already opened an account in our online shop, use your username and password to access. Otherwise, you can settle the bill as a guest. Having an account gives you access to some convenient features such as your order history or receiving promotions. 
You can choose to pay by paypal, credit card, cash on delivery or bank transfer. 


7) Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, it is possible to place an order by phone through our customer service. Our team will be happy to help you place the order of the products you want to buy. You will find all our contacts in the "purchase method" section of the information menu.


8) What is the status of my order?
After submitting your order, its status can be one of the following:
Order submitted : This means that your order has been successfully sent. You should receive confirmation within minutes of placing your order. All orders are subject to an availability check. If an item is not available, you will be contacted by a member of our customer service team.
Order in progress : Your order has been confirmed. Within 24/48 hours your order will be shipped.  
Order shipped : This means that your order has been shipped from our warehouse to the shipping address you entered. 
You can check the status of your order by logging into your reserved area.


9) What can I do if I have forgotten my account password?
If you have forgotten your account password, click on Login and then on the "Forgot your password?" Link, we will immediately send you a new password by e-mail.


10) What are the shipping costs?
At the checkout you will be asked to choose a shipping method for your products. The total costs of your shipment will be calculated automatically at the checkout, before the order is closed. Shipping Delivery by express courier - € .10,00 + VAT Shipping is free for all orders over € .200,00 + VAT. In the case of cash on delivery, in addition to the cost of shipping (for orders less than €. 200.00 + VAT), the amount of € .7.00 will also be charged for collection costs.




11) Can I enter a different shipping address than the billing address?
Yes, it is possible. You can specify different addresses during the payment process. Note: Only addresses within the same country can be entered.


12) Can I modify my order?
Once submitted, the order immediately begins the processing process. So you cannot change the order you have sent but you have the option to return any unwanted product, respecting our return criteria.
If you wish to order other products, place an order online or contact our customer service by telling our team which products you intend to buy. Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 9 to 13.30 and from 14.30 to 18.00. Our team will be happy to help you.


13) Should the ordered item be finished?
In the event that the ordered item is finished, we will contact you and, in the event that we are unable to satisfy your request, we will refund the order (only for advance payments). 


14) What can I do if I can't find the answer to my question here?
