This text is a collaboration between Wang Ju-Yi, one of the best-known scholars and practitioners of Chinese Medicine in modern China, and Jason Robertson, his American follower. The work is dedicated to channel theory and diagnosis through meridian palpation and aims at a deeper understanding of the relationships between organs and meridians to lead to more precise diagnosis and better clinical results. The main texts dealing with these topics focus on the physiological functions of the organs and the use of the meridians for therapy, while this text prefers a treatment that emphasises the relationships between the two aspects by correlating theory and practice.
