Intended use and general description

Moxa cigars for the indirect moxibustion technique. Pure Hunan moxa cigars are made from premium quality Artemisia leaves (Folium Artemisiae Argyi) from the Hunan region. Size: 17x210mm. Through successive operations, these leaves are dried, pulverised and processed until a homogenous, compacted, cigar-shaped fluff is obtained.

Instructions for use

The cigar is held by directing the lit tip towards the area to be treated, at a sufficient distance to feel heat without giving an excessive burning sensation. Once lit, the cigar burns slowly, exerting a local warming action. They can also be cut into slices to be placed on the filiform needle handle to perform the heated needle technique.
